This PILATES FITNESS fusion fun CORE skating workout is all about using the props we have to mix it up, play, learn new things and challenge ourselves in new ways, using the Pilates basic principles we know well. ✅ You need : 1 Skateboard ⭐ For : Confirmed Beginner/Intermediate 🎯 Focus : Balance, proprioception, centering. Glutes, legs, CORE. You will stay standing working through all directions of lunges and standing splits while remaining focused on using your abs (core), glutes, pelvic floor and inner and outer thighs to initiate the movement. This workout will help you translate the Pilates founding principles into daily life and movements standing, such as picking things up, how to properly use the body in space. Whenever we work on our feet, our feet receive a lot of information from the ground up to correct posture and engage our supporting muscles to find right alignment of joints. You will finish with challenging plank and pike and push ups. The skateboard is fun to work with and also like a little portable Reformer, enjoy!
