This is a gentle morning yoga class to wake you up and get you ready for your day. We flow through simple poses and stretches with minimal instruction. The practice starts lying down on the mat and ends in mountain pose. Nine minutes into the video, my mother-in-law's cat suddenly appears and joins me on my mat! Hope it is not too distracting for you. :) Enjoy this lovely morning flow in an outdoor setting complete with nature sounds!
